Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders over US$49 (after discounts and promotions).

For orders under US$49, a standard shipping fee of US$9.99 will apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Regions & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and postcode are accurate and complete when placing your order.

We are unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted areas. If your address is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or a refund.
