Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

1. Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours of Purchase
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
Please email us at service@steelfor.com as soon as possible with your order number to request cancellation.
After 24 Hours (Before Shipping)
If you request a cancellation after 24 hours but before your order has shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee helps cover payment processing and order handling costs.
After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer want the item after it has been delivered, you can request a return in accordance with our Exchange & Return Policy below.

2. Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return.
Exchange & Return Window
You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information).
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
1. Email us at service@steelfor.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. We will confirm your eligibility and send you the return instructions and return address.
3. Ship the item back to us and provide the tracking number via email.
Exchange
l Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our Exchange & Return Conditions, we will promptly send out the requested size, color, or style, subject to availability.
l If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or a refund.
Exchange & Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- Please use a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number to us by email.
- Please contact us before shipping your return to obtain the correct return address and instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

3. Refund Policy
If you request a refund instead of an exchange, the items must first be returned to us.
Refund Eligibility
- Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our Exchange & Return Conditions, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Refund Timing
- After your return is approved and processed, we will issue the refund within 1–3 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
We carefully inspect our products, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:
- Please contact us at service@steelfor.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- After review, we will work with you to offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including reasonable shipping costs where applicable.
